About Dynamic Accounting
Dynamic Accounting is family-owned and operated right here in West Kelowna. The business was started by Karen over 20 years ago when her children were small and moved to the Okanagan in 2004. When Jessica graduated high school she started working in the business part time and has recently become a partner.

With over 30 years of experience Karen Girouard brings a wide variety of experience to the table. She has worked in public practice, a variety of industies, was the operations manager for a large truck dealership and over the years has provided quality service to many clients. Some of the these businesses include: hardware stores, welding contractors, construction, equipment dealerships, restaurants, b&b’s, insurance companies, retailers, trucking companies, manufacturers, interior designers and real estate agents.
Jessica has worked in the busness for approximately seven years and she is currently enrolled in the Certified General Accountant’s program. Her experience includes: public practice, oilfield and construction contractors, service providers, trucking and restaurants, just to name a few. She is currently also providing office management and bookkeeping services to a large local restaurant.
